Refunds & Returns Policy

1. Overview
MedLife Direct is a third-party online reseller of products supplied by AAB Fashion Pty Ltd. While we are committed to providing excellent customer service, all refund, return, and exchange requests are subject to the Supplier’s terms and approval. We act as a facilitator between you and the Supplier to help resolve any issues efficiently.

2. Return Eligibility
To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must have been purchased through www.medlifedirect.com.
  • The return request must be made within 7 days of receiving the product.
  • The item must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) must be provided.

Please note: Opened, used, or damaged products may not be eligible for return unless they are found to be faulty or defective as determined by the Supplier.

3. Faulty or Damaged Goods
If your order arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify us within 3 business days of receiving the item.
  • Provide clear photos and a description of the issue.
  • We will liaise with AAB Priority Limited to investigate and process a replacement, refund, or credit where applicable.

4. Change of Mind
Change of mind returns are not guaranteed and will be considered on a case-by-case basis at the discretion of AAB Priority Limited. Restocking fees and return shipping costs may apply.

5. Return Process
To initiate a return:

  1. Email us at medlifedirect@gmail.com with your order number, reason for return, and any relevant photos (if applicable).
  2. We will review your request and liaise with the Supplier on your behalf.
  3. If approved, we will provide return instructions.
  4. Items must be securely packaged and returned at your cost unless the return is due to a confirmed error or fault.
  5. Refunds
    Once the returned item is received and inspected by the Supplier:

    • If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
    • If rejected, we will notify you with a reason and next steps.

    Shipping costs are generally non-refundable unless the return is due to our error or a faulty item.

    7. Exchanges
    Exchanges are only available for the same product if it arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. All exchange requests are subject to availability and approval by the Supplier.
